Legs To Wow Your Valentine

There's no better feeling than feeling confident in your own skin, especially when you're wearing a special outfit for a special someone. Whether you're wearing a little black dress, cute lingerie, or your birthday suit, having toned and sculpted legs will wow anyone that sees them.

To get awesome, killer legs, follow this routine:

40 Jumping Jacks
50 squats
10 star jumps
30 standing calf raises
20 lunges (each leg) 
30 sec wall sit
20 side lunges (each leg)                 
10 star jumps
20 inner thigh lifts (each leg)          
20 glute kickbacks                     
50 jumping jacks
60 sec wall sit
    *Repeat 2 times*
