Intense Abs

Hello! So today I have a serious abdominal workout and as you can tell by its title, it is intense. I've been looking for an intense core workout for a while because I got bored of my old routine. This one is a lot of work, but I think it gives good results.



  1.  20 Second Plank
  2. 30 Crunches
  3. 40 Russian Twists (each side)
  4. 5 Lying Leg Raises
  5. 50 Bicycle Crunches
  6. 30 Mountain Climbers
  7. 30 Second Plank
  8. 5 Tiger Poses (each leg)
  9. 20 Flutter Kicks
  10. 10 Leg Climb Crunches
  11. 10 V Ups
  12. 15 Oblique Crunches (each side)
  13. 20 Russian Twists
  14. 10 Lying Leg Raises
  15. 30 Bicycle Crunches
  16. 20 Mountain Climbers
  17. 20 Bird-Dogs
  18. 50 Second Plank  
It's tough to do and you want to die from pain towards the end of the workout, but trust me, it's totally worth it. By the time spring break rolls around, your abs will be smoking! Don't forget to share this blog and tell your friends!
