Treadmill Training

I found an awesome treadmill workout on Pinterest and I'm literally in love. It made me want to cry a bit while doing it, but it was totally worth it. Basically, it is a 45 minute alternating speed and incline interval workout, which is exactly what I have been looking for. I'm trying to get in better shape cardio-wise and this is definitely helping me do that. You should give it a try next time at the gym.
